We can’t take wet paint, motor oil, gasoline, solvents, car batteries, propane tanks, asbestos, or medical waste. Ask if you’re unsure — we’ll tell you before we load.

By booking this appointment, you represent that you have lawful authority to have the listed material removed, including any owner or HOA authorization. Remove cash, documents, jewelry, and personal items before we arrive. Once loaded, material cannot be returned. 101st will exercise reasonable care. A loaded dump trailer may mark lawns and paved surfaces; 101st is not liable for ordinary wear. On inside jobs, any unintended damage to walls, floors, doors, trim, or the dwelling is at the owner’s risk and expense. 101st Junk Removal provides junk removal and haul-away only and is not a licensed general contractor. Any permit, HOA approval, or utility locate required for this work is yours to obtain. 101st will not cut, disconnect, or disturb electrical, plumbing, or any part of the dwelling without your direction. Hazardous, prohibited, or regulated materials remain the customer’s responsibility and will not be loaded. Payment is due in full when the truck is loaded. We may reschedule at no charge for lightning, heavy rain, or unsafe conditions.
